This article shows you how to find the version of JobRunner or FloorManager and the version of FileMaker that you are currently running. You need both version numbers to check compatibility before you request an update, upgrade, or migration.
Check your JobRunner or FloorManager version
- Open JobRunner or FloorManager.
- Find the version number in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Check your FileMaker version
- Open JobRunner or FloorManager.
- Click the Help menu at the top of the screen, then select About FileMaker Pro...
- Find the FileMaker version number in the window that opens.
