JotForm
JotForm is a third-party, online form builder in which you can create surveys, forms, and reports that are embedded into your website. With JotForm, you can create a new request form that will collect customer information and product interest. Once submitted, that form will automatically integrate into the Opportunities Module to instantly add prospective customers into your Sales Pipeline in FloorManager or JobRunner.
Requirements

Please make sure that your system is running on a compatible version of JobRunner, FloorManager and Claris Filemaker (the database engine). As of June 2022, that means your system must be running FileMaker 19 or later, as well as JobRunner/FloorManager v21b8.17 or later.

Request JotForm integration activation from Pacific Solutions. There is
a one-time setup fee of $500 and $50/monthly JotForm connector
subscription fee. A one year commitment is required.

Create your subscription and online account with JotForm (www.jotform.com) and obtain your JotForm Account Information (API Key). NOTE: This is a separate subscription from the Pacific Solutions JotForm connector monthly subscription.

Setup
API Key Registration
Once JotForm integration has been activated by Pacific Solutions, you'll need to enter the API Key into your floor management system.
Access the Admin > API Services button in your floor management system.
Enter your API Key in the JotForm area:
Mapping to Opportunities
Access the Admin > Lead Management button in your floor management system.
Click on Manage JotForm
Select the Form that you wish to Map by clicking the Mapping "i"
The JotForm Form Mapping screen will appear:
Click on the "Map To" fields to select the desired Opportunities form field names. The information from the online JotForm will populate into the field names selected during this mapping process.
Return to exit/save and return to the JotForm Forms screen.
JotForm submission creates a New Opportunity
Now when a customer fills out your online form and submits it, a new Opportunity will automatically be created in the floor management system.
