Troubleshooting
If a user is receiving a Code:400 Error, please expand the window to view the whole message. You’ll see Suspended – Suspension Status “freetrialexpired”. This will not allow the user to send out their DocuSign. Once the user gets on a paid subscription account with DocuSign, they will be able to reset their account.
If you go to that user’s profile, there is a “Reset DocuSign”
button that will clear the token. The user will then be able to log back
in.
