Notify Pacific Solutions when you are interested in using the feature. 

Set up Customer 

From the Customer/Contact File 

1. Click on the On-Line Tab 
   
2. Add the Community 
   
3. Add the Contacts and create a username and password and marking the appropriate boxes 

Order processing 

Create Quote Templates 

1. Transfer to a Blank Quote 
   
2. In the header Add the Ship To
   
3. Select the Community and Plan from the drop downs
   
4. There are no lines on the main Quote
   
5. Click on the Alternate Tab and Build Alternates for each area to be billed independently
   
6. Name the Alternates as the correct area being installed and/or billed independently, this is what will show on the online portal.
   
7. Once All Alternates are created Lock Template.  
   

Return to customer file 

1. From the online tab the Template # should now be populated. 

Set up at Store

Block out days

Online Ordering System offers a date lock feature. You can block specific dates for specific clients. This keeps online ordering clients from sending orders on days you designate. This is established by your store location. In turn, a store location is then assigned to the client using your online ordering system.

1.  Go to admin 
   
2. Select the Store/Branch 
   
3. Click on Manage Dates and select the dates blocked.
