How to Log Out a FloorRight user from the Cloud License Management Portal.

1. Sign in to the Cloud License Management Portal
   
1. This can only be performed by a Cloud Licenses Manager for your account.
   
2. You can see how to access this in this other Help Center Article here: Sign into License Manager
   
2. Find the user that is showing a Logged In that you want to force log out.
   
1. If a FloorRight User cannot sign in because they are receiving an error message indicating the licenses is not available this can also release that users license
   
3. Select the Force User Logout button as shown here:

4. The License should now show as available and the user should be able to sign in to FloorRight as normal.
