Pacific Solutions Hosting: Force Closing JobRunner/FloorManager

Issue: JobRunner or FloorManager has frozen and you are unable to exit. 

Warning
Warning: this resolution should be used as a last resort. Force closing JobRunner or FloorManager will terminate any open work you might be working on. 

Resolution: Close JobRunner or FloorManager through Windows Task Manager.

  1. On your keyboard press:
    Windows: CTRL + ALT + END
    MacOS: CTRL + ALT + FN + Backspace
  2. A blue screen should appear. Select Task Manager:
  3. Windows Task Manager should now open. 
  4. Select FileMaker Pro.
  5. Click End Task to force close JobRunner/FloorManager (FileMaker Pro). 
    Warning: Force closing JobRunner or FloorManager will terminate any open work you might be working on. 
  6. Press the [X] button in the top right-hand corner to close the task manager.
You should now be able to re-launch JobRunner/FloorManager again and resume normal use.
