Pacific Solutions does not support accessing the core ERP solution on an iPad. While it might be useable, the layout and functionality might be different than the desktop experience. 

If interested in emulating the JobRunner/FloorManager desktop experience on your iPad, please follow the directions below. 

Reminder: for the best desktop experience, please consider using a computer instead of a tablet or phone.

Downloading and Setting Up FortiClient VPN

1. Open the App Store
   
2. Search for FortiClient VPN and install it
   
3. Open FortiClient VPN. Allow FortiClient VPN to send notifications.
   
4. Select Connection > Add Configuration to setup a new connection profile. 
5. Populate the new VPN connection as follows:
   Name: Pacific Solutions
   Host: ***Please Use the remote gateway address provided to your company in the Windows/MacOS setup directions*** 
   Port: 443
   Username: <username provided to you>
6. Click Save once done. 
   
7. You should now have a connection listed as Pacific Solutions.
   
8. To connect to the desktop experience of your Pacific Solutions Hosted JobRunner/FloorManager Server, you must enable and run the FortiClient VPN connection. To turn on the VPN, click on the VPN slider button until it is green. You will be prompted for your VPN username and password. Input your username and password credentials and click OK. 
   
   
   
9. Your VPN connection should now be enabled. 
   
   
   

Connecting to your Pacific Solutions Hosted JobRunner/FloorManager Server desktop experience

1. Open the App store.
   
2. Search and install the Microsoft Remote Desktop application.
   
3. Open the location where you saved your RDP shortcut. 
   
4. Download the RDP shortcut to your iPad/iPhone.
   
5. Go to the saved location of the RDP shortcut.
   
6. Select Share > and open with RD Client. 
   
7. When prompted, input your FortiClient/RDP username and password credential.
   
   
   
8. You should now be connected.
