Overview

Each material line on jobs (Sales/Orders) displays a red letter to indicate the status of those materials. The system cycles through the letters in a sequence beginning with “incomplete” and ending with “delivered”. The explanations of each red letter is described in this document.

Job Material Indicators

X = Incomplete (partially available / not assigned) waiting to be fulfilled

P = Pending: waiting to be ordered

O = Ordered: waiting to be received

H = Hold: assigned ordered material that is not received

L = Limited: received a portion of the order

A = Available / Arrived (received/allocated / assigned/reserved) waiting to be delivered = still on hand

D = Delivered = decreased on hand
