Overview

iPad(s) with Cases to Protect 

1. If you have a fairly large warehouse staff that works on separate tasks independently (ie. one person works mostly on commercial jobs/orders and other works on retail orders throughout the day), you will probably need an iPad for each of them.
   
2. They do not need to be “cellular capable” unless you have team members working off-site in multiple warehouses without Wi-Fi.
   
3. It is important to be sure that the iPads are capable of running the current released generation.
   

 Scanners

1. Typically, we do not recommend buying the infrared/laser sled scanner, rather just using the camera on the iPad.  If you find using the iPad camera does not work for your team (usually because of low light in the warehouse) you can always add the scanner at a later point.

 Workstation for Warehouse Manager

1. We recommend a workstation computer or laptop (not just an iPad) for at least the Warehouse Manager.

Printer

1. You will need a dedicated label printer for the warehouse.
   
2. If your warehouse is large and you do not have an area in their warehouse where you hold and receive material before putting away, you might need the Mobile Rugged Brother printer. This printer is linked here.
   
3. Alternatively, you can use the Brother Desktop Label Printer linked here.  You can still print to this wirelessly from the iPad.
   
4. If you have a multiple-crew scenario, it may be beneficial to have both printers.
