Product Gateway is a product catalog portal for CCA Global members. This process can only be used by CCA Global members. You must create packages within the Product Gateway portal, download them, and then pull them into FloorManager or JobRunner through the B2B import area of the system.

Perform an advanced search to begin refining your package contents. Pacific Solutions recommends building packages by manufacturers.

Filter by Core CCA Products (1) and select Action: Save Search as Package (2).

Name the package (1). Select the download day (2). Decide if you want all items or just items with cost (3).

Find package (1). Click Generate (2) or wait for it to generate on the scheduled day/time.

Select if you want changes (1) only or if you want a complete package.

Write down the package password (1). Click the download button (2) and save it to your desktop.

Double Click the Compressed Package (1) Click Browse (2) Locate the CCA located in C:\Pacific\CCA (3) Click Unzip (4).

Type in the Password (1) and then click ok. Your package is now ready for import into FloorManager / JobRunner.

Use the Product Catalog B2B area in Admin to import the Product Gateway packages.

Click Import (A) Select Product Gateway from List (B) Click Import (C) This will start the processing and can take several minutes to hours depending on the size of the package.

After the processing is complete click the Magnifying glass next to the added package to view the processed package (A).

Check the top Send Box (A) Click Auto Fill (B) to mark all records for send to the Product Catalog.

Select the desired Vendor name in the Top Cell (A) Click Auto Fill (B) and then Replace (C). 

Click Send All (A) This will send all of B2B products set as Send to the Product Catalog and can take several minutes to hours depending the size of the import.
