Any products Imported through B2B or a PS Import that have Box Quantities will need to have the “Use Box Quantity” setting turned on (ie. Ceramic Tile, LVT, Wall Base, etc..). Below are the instructions for turning the “Use Box Quantity” in your Product Catalog:
1. After you have completed your import(s), head to your Product Catalog from the Navigator Screen.2. In your Product Catalog, use the “Find” Button, search by product type (Ceramic Tile, LVT, Wall Base, etc). You are applying this setting one Product Type at a time:3. Click into the Entry tab on one of the found records and click the Revise button4. Select “Use Current” from the pop-up box that appears.5. Turn on Box Quantities and click Update. This will update all the items you just searched for:6. Complete this step for any other items that you have imported that have Box Quantities.
