Conditions
About
Conditions are statements on quotes, invoices, sales agreements, job orders or work orders. They will state things such as “quote is valid for 30 days” or “customer is responsible for removing all materials”. Essentially, conditions are conditions of the sale.
Editing Existing Conditions
- Navigate to the Admin Panel
- Select Conditions from the list of options
- Use the (i) to the right of the General line
- Click inside the fields and enter the text you'd like to display on the job-related documents (Quotes, Sales, Invoices, Work Orders, Purchase Orders)
- In the setup area of each Condition, there is a box on the far right that has a 1 and a 2 in it:
The (1) field s is designed for a brief or abbreviated notice.
The (2) field is designed for expanded conditions. No character limit & will allow print onto the next page if needed.

Creating New/Additional Conditions
- Navigate to the Admin Panel
- Select Conditions from the list of options
- Use the down arrow on the right-hand side of the screen
- Provide a name for the conditions in the upper left text field
- Click inside the fields and enter the text you'd like to display at the bottom of the job-related documents (Quotes, Sales, Invoices, Work Orders, Purchase Orders)
- When finished click return at the bottom of the screen

Assigning Default Conditions to Customers
You can assign a default condition to a customer in the Accounting tab of their customer record:
Changing Conditions
You can change the Condition on a case-by-case basis at the proposal level:
