FOR USERS ON FileMaker 19 Version 21b10.5 or NEWER
With the update some users are experiencing challenges with emails and the new authentication processes, as a result all workstations will require new plugins.
The plugins are in the Resources file seen below.
After downloading, extract the Resources folder and double click the Resources file after extraction. PRESS “OK” TO ANY ERROR MESSAGES YOU MAY RECEIVE DURING THIS INSTALL.
Once the Resource file is open, three buttons will be along the top of the screen, Install, Login, and Close. Click the install button
The install button installs plugins and creates folders once finished the screen will show the list of plug-ns installed. Click the Close button when finished.
Restart the workstation and try to send the email again. Should the email fail, please connect with the support desk for further assistance.
