Columns that have a RED header, are required information for import (this is the minimum information needed)

Columns that are WHITE are the columns that are STYLE line specific. The information will only go on the style header.  It can be a helpful visual cue to highlight the style line in a different color to draw your attention to what information goes in which columns:

Columns that are in BLUE are color-line specific. These lines can contain different information based on the color selection.  The information in the color lines can also be used for size specifications in cases such as a 3-gal and a 5-gal option for Carpet Adhesive.

The color line(s) will be the next line under the style line.

a. When filling in the spreadsheet it is recommended to highlight the Style Line in a different color to visually help differentiate where to put style line info and where to add nested color line info:

There should be no blank rows in between the styles.

When you’ve entered 10 or so styles into the catalog, please send it over to support@pacific-solutions.com for a trainer to review. It’s easier to correct incorrect formatting at 10-20 lines rather than 1000s of lines later.

Style names must be unique, simply adding the tile size for ceramic tile products to the style name will help with that in most cases.

If you need to edit the Product Structure to allow for new Product Types in the system, you will need to do so prior to the import.  We recommend you stick to the Pacific Solutions default Product Structure especially if you are a B2B user.

Do not add, remove, or change the order of the columns in the spreadsheet.
