Alternates Overview
Alternates can be described as potential add-ons to the initial scope of work, or substitutions to the original scope of work. With JobRunner, you can present alternates separate from the master contract for greater clarity. When submitting the proposal, you can add the alternates to the original scope of work so that your client can differentiate them. The alternates can be presented with great detail or summarized at the click of a button. When it's time to convert a proposal to a job you can select the accepted alternates and merge them into a single bid when the job is put into production.
