The UpNext module of JobRunner and FloorManager can be utilized to view the availability of your sales team members to assist new clients, it is also a valuable tool in an organizational environment of salesperson rotation.  This article will cover setting up a user.

From the Navigation>Admin>Personnel/Access

The User Dashboard setting must be assigned as Receptionist on the drop-down list. Also grant access to the Dashboard for the user.

Selection for the Dashboard to open up immediately on log in is available, but it is not a required setting. 

Once the correct access is assigned to the user, have the user log out of FloorManager/JobRunner to refresh their users' settings. The user will now have the ability to use the NextUp module on the Dashboard.   

The Dashboard can also be located on the Navigation screen.
