This article will cover how to use one workstation for multiple users during Foundations.
1. Make sure that the workstation has FileMaker 19 installed

2. Download the Foundations Practice Database

4. Right-click and Extract the zipped file.
( **If you are using a virtual desktop or RDP please make sure you place the database on the LOCAL machine.** )

5. Create a New Folder on the Desktop and name it "Foundations Users"
(***Right-click on
the Desktop and select New Folder***)
6. Create Users in Foundations Users and
create a new folder for each participant, First and Last Name.
7. Copy the Extracted/Unzipped File in
each User’s folder.
8. Select all User Folders by holding
down the Shift Key and clicking the left button on the mouse on the last User File.
9. Open and select the Pacific Solutions file.
10. Double click to Launch; this message will pop
11. Select "OK" to bypass the above message.
12. The Progress Indicator pictured below will appear.
13. Login into the Database
14. FileMaker Pro License message pops up; click "Continue"
15. TROI message will pop up; select "OK" to bypass
