Correcting the Chrome could not be found error message
Issue/Cause
When trying to launch Enterprise Financials, Enterprise Job Costs or the Project Cost Master you may receive the below message
This could mean that either Google Chrome is not installed on the workstation or it may be installed in the 64bit Program Files folder.
Resolutions
- If Chrome is not already installed on the workstation. be sure to install Chrome to the Program Files (x86) location.
- Download Google Chrome
- Be sure to install Chrome to the 32bit Program Files (x86) Folder as shown here below.
- If you are receiving this error and Google Chrome is already installed on the workstation it is probably installed under the 64 bit Program Files Folder.
- You can place a copy of the Google folder in the 32 bit Program Files (x86) Folder as opposed to uninstalling and reinstalling by following the steps below.
- This may require Administrator privileges so an Administrator or IT person may need to complete this for you.
- Here in the C: drive you can see both the Program Files Folders.

- Navigate to the Program Files Folder first and copy the Google folder.
- Next Navigate to the Program Files (x86) Folder and paste the Google Folder there:
- Close down JobRunner or FloorManager and relaunch and you should now be able to open the Enterprise Modules normally.
