Introduction
The default color selection for the header bars in the print layouts is dark blue, however there are times when the color does not coordinate with the company logo and can clash and or be jarring. There is now the option to establish a custom color to print. Begin by acquiring an image of the color to be established as the header bar color.
Setting the Color of the Header Bars
Begin by navigating to the admin panel and selecting the default button. (Should the default button not be present connect with your database administrator or review the article regarding Report / Admin Options)
Select the Printing tab from the tabs presented. On the right-hand side is a box for the color selection.
Copy the image of the color to be inserted and right click inside the field and select paste.
The field should then change to display the new color selection. An empty field will display the default color.
Establish Modern Prints
Once the Color is established in the defaults area, return to the admin panel and select the store information button
Select the i to the right of the line for the branch to drill into the specific information for that branch.
Under the address information on the left hand side there are two radial buttons, original and modern. Select the Radial button for Modern prints and activate the printing with the new color.
Any branch that has the modern prints selection in the store information area will now print with the custom color.
Things to Note
The Logo on some print layouts does not print in the large format.
The Modern Print options have moved some of the information around, please review the print outs and verify all information you're expecting to display is displaying.
There is one color selection for all branches, store information is the way to select which branches print with the custom color and which ones do not.
