Overview
These Accounts Receivables do not need to be put through as
quotes and then sales before invoicing; they can be created directly at the
customer record. These types of A/R transactions bypass the sales process and
post directly to Accounts Receivable under the customer’s account.
Process
Once the top portion of this information is complete and to
your satisfaction, use the
button to add the invoice
information to the Account Edit Overview section below the entry section (see
Figure 1.2).
This will allow you to create additional invoices or credits for this customer at this time. Click the “Accept” Button (see Figure 1.2) to post this invoice to Accounts Receivable and add it to the customer.
The invoice now shows in the invoice file and on the customer’s account (see Figure 1.3).
