Warehouse Creation
Warehouses are used to establish common ship to locations as well as track inventory in Pacific Solutions JobRunner and FloorManager systems. (Instructions are the same for both systems)
To setup a warehouse, Navigate to the admin panel by selecting Admin from the navigator screen
On the far left will be a small list of categories, Select Value List from this list
Select Warehouses from the list of options provided
To create a new warehouse select any of the Down arrows to create a new record
A new line will appear at the top of the list. Enter the warehouse name
Click outside the box The list will reorder to Alphabetical Order
To add the address and phone number information for new warehouse, or to edit/update existing information, click the i to the right of the line
In the information box that appears enter your address information
Click return when finished, and return again to return to the Admin Panel.
Adding Warehouse to Store Information
Once the warehouse has been established in the Value list area of the Admin Panel, it will now need to be added to the Store Information to select it at the PO level as well as the Inventory Level.
From the Admin Panel be sure you're in the Admin Section. This is an option on the far left side in the Category List.
Select Store Information from the options provided
Select the I to the right of the appropriate Branch
In the center top of the information area is a list of the warehouse locations for the Branch. At the bottom of the list will be a blank line, this line will become a drop down list when clicked. From the dropdown list select the new branch established to add to the store information. If you have more than one warehouse to add continue selecting until all that are needed for the branch are selected
To the right of the warehouses is a check box to select a default Warehouse. If the default warehouse has changed click the box to select the new default.
Click return and return again to return to the admin panel.
Click Navigator on the bottom Left corner to return to the Navigator screen.
