Cash Payments for Invoices and Quick Sales

Overview

Processing the Payment for a Quick Sale is four system activities happening in quick succession:

  1. An AR invoice,
  2. Customer payment,
  3. Payment application to the AR invoice,
  4. And a Customer Refund for the change (when there's an overpayment).
  5. Where the account is assigned
