Overview
System Users would like certain pages of the system to open at a specific magnification rate and would like to have the system remember those settings for future sessions. Users can control these settings in the Admin/Maintenance area.
There are 2 zoom level settings: one for desktop and one for mobile
Users can set preferences for viewing the system on their desktop and a separate setting for viewing on a mobile device such as a tablet.

Legacy System Version Information
This information will be helpful if you are on a system prior to v22b8. If your version is older than v21b3 you will not have this feature.
Human Resources/ Personnel manager sets up zoom levels through the Admin > Personnel > Access Levels > Zoom Levels tab. These levels are tailored to the user. Once the Zoom Levels are set, those settings can be Copy & Pasted to another user's profile.
By assigning specific Admin > Report/Admin Options, your user's can also be given the pathway to set their own Zoom Levels without giving the user any access to the Admin > Personnel area (which is a protected area). See Knowledge Base Article regarding Report/Admin Options.
