Overview
Sitefotos© is a photo organizing solution for projects. Please visit their website: www.sitefotos.com to learn more. Once you have a paid account with sitefotos©, you can integrate job photos from that application into your management software.
Setup Process
Activation & 3rd Party Keys
There are a couple of things that your system requires in order to integrate sitefotos©. These are third party “keys” (really long id numbers). Before you can integrate sitefotos© with your management system, you will need the following:
1. Activate with Pacific Solutions: Contact support@pacificsolutions.com to have us activate the sitefotos© function for you. This could require an update/upgrade to your software. If this is the case, support will inform you. This feature ONLY works with FileMaker 13 – 15 (it is not available for system’s in FileMaker 11 or earlier).
2. Admin Access: The person who will be setting up the integration to sitefotos© will need to have access to the sitefotos© button in admin. Use the Report/Admin Options button in admin to assign access to the sitefotos© setup button.
3. sitefotos© Access ID#: Get this with a sitefotos© paid subscription account. Visit www.sitefotos.com to open an account. Once you open your account, contact sitefotos© to obtain your sitefotos© access id#. Let them know you need an access id# to integrate with Pacific Solutions.
4. Google© API Key: Get this from Google© by setting up a cloud account. Visit https://cloud.google.com to open a Google© cloud account. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to receive a Google© API Key. You may use the same API key that is in languages for Google© translation. HOWEVER, you will need to activate the GeoCode functions on your API key in your google account.

Management System Setup
With all keys and activation in hand, open the management system and navigate to the Admin screen. Open the Sitefotos© button.
Enter your sitefotos© Access ID
Enter your Google© API Key
Note: you may wish to download the sitefotos© app for phone and tablet devices. This is handy when out in the field. Contact sitefotos© to gain your Company ID number to link the app to your account.
Process Procedures
Open the sitefotos© Tab from an opportunity, a proposal, a job, or installer work order.
When prompted, choose whether to “Select” from a list of existing projects (from sitefotos©) or “Create New” project based on the Job Address information to push to sitefotos©.
Select an Existing Project
Choose the “select” button to select from a list of existing projects from sitefotos©:
Note: you can use the Refresh button to refresh the list. Your system will briefly display a large window of data while it refreshes.
Upon selecting the project, the tab will update with the photos from that project.
Create New Project
Choose the “Create New” button to create a new project based on the address in the Job Address area of the job:
