Overview

From the existing Proposal/Quote screen, use the "Copy" button at top.
On the Duplication Options screen, use the "Select All" to copy all previous options, or click each option individually.

**NOTE:  if NO options are selected, the new Quote will need to be manually filled in for all options (Tax Code, Tax Type, Market Sector, Market Source, Salesperson, etc)

In the Admin > Default settings, there is now an option to make the Copy feature default to “Select All”.   

In the Admin > Personnel > Access Level > Restrictions, there is now the ability to ensure that system users cannot unselect the Tax Code and Tax Type duplications.  (They can edit/correct the Tax Code and Tax Type in the new quote as necessary.)
